Salutare comunitate ,am revenit . iarăși .
am reinstalat serverfiles ( cryptex ) și tăt primesc eroarea ..
după cum spune titlu , ”connection refused „ !

Vezi dacă nu cumva sunt tabelele cu eroare, efectuează un repair la tabele din navicat și vezi.
