Problema site item_create

Salut baieti!
Am cumparat un hosting pentru server de metin si mi-au instalat baietii site-ul.
De aproape o saptamana ma tot chinui sa-i dau de cap paginii cu item_create ( in afara de cea de item shop, unde nu-mi apar nici categorii create , nici nimic )
Imi puteti spune si mie, va rog frumos, ce anume e gresit in codul paginii mele, de nu-mi da voie sa modez?

Imi spune ca modarea a esuat, am introdus date incorecte!
