Problema loading caracter,cineva ma poate ajuta?

Salutare Just4Metin,am si eu o problema .
Am incercat sa intru pe server (pana acum 1 zi mergea,unica mod a fost facuta in locale_ro),si imi ramane asa dupa ce incarca caracterul: Imagine

Dap am modificat in item_proto.
Din Cate imi Aduc aminte cu notepad++ am configurat in Iso 8500-15 ceva de genu, ca altfel nu imi comprima proto
