Daca zice sa zicem
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Include\um\windows.h cannot open include
exista doar 2 posibilitati:
1. chiar nu este fila acolo
2. nu ai permisiunea de citire a acelei file din utilizatorul curent
In rest, mai sunt posibilitati sf dar la asta nu ma pricep asa ca vezi astea 2.

vezi ca nu iti citeste extern man si trebuie facuta locatia .... de parca nu ai sti

VisualStudio2013 + nu necesita in mod special o locatie "custom", asa ca sfatul meu este sa setezi locatia "lib" si "include", pe "<inherit from parent or project defaults>"

Daca te uiti in numeproject.vcxproj, o sa vezi ceva de genul: Bafta

Trebuia reinstalat visual studio t/c
