Or you open sshd_config with notepad ori by vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config and than presc ESC (from keyboard) and save changes (enter).

you mean going to winscp and changing it from here? http://prntscr.com/rr4c5m if yes then you can save the settings after from the notepad , this error appear after http://prntscr.com/rr4csw

Than use vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config or ee /etc/ssh/sshd_config and when you finish presc ESCAPE (ESC) and select save changes.

i did what you said but by pressing escape after i finished nothing happens just a noise come out of my pc..xD

But, honestly, why you want to change those permissions? because root have default permissions

i want to log in to root to install mysql and staff(prepare my freebsd) because i cant do it with the user i have!
