If some owner used the harm commands on you, follow these steps.
Restart your PC.
After restarting before to boot, keep press 'F8'.
If everything was done you should see the 'Advance Boot Options'.
There are different options.
You have to choose: 'Last Know Good Configuration (advanced)'
That's all, your problem has been solved.
PC Restore -> Harm Commands (After your registry has been deleted)
