Dupa ce bag comanda update user set password=PASSWORD("PAROLA_NOUA") where User='root';
Pot sa accesez Navicatul cu root PAROLA_NOUA
Dupa bag comanda
flush privileges;
quit
Se reseteaza parola nu mai recunoaste PAROLA_NOUA
Cineva pe forum zice: Pentru cei care nu pot accesa navicat asa un "pont" problema vine din config din fiecare ch/usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server stop
mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &
mysql -u root
use mysql;
update user set password=PASSWORD("PAROLA_NOUA") where User='root';
flush privileges;
quit
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server stop
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server start
