Participate in one of the few weekly artistic events occurring on this platform and win exclusive in-game prizes for your aethetic abilities. Screenshot of the week is a contest that starts every Wednesday and rewards the three players with the most attractive screenshot based on the theme announced here. In order to win the contest, you need to upload a screenshot of yourself in the game respecting the given theme (for example, if the theme is "fish", you will need to post a screenshot that makes us think of fish or has fish in it). Themes and rewards change every week, and the winner will be announced next Wednesday along with the new contest theme and requirements. Anyone can participate and it's free!

A few rules:
1. You can only participate with one screenshot per contest.
2. You are not allowed to participate with multiple characters/accounts.
3. You are not allowed to take screenshots from another server.
4. Your character has to be in the screenshot.
5. We will only accept screenshots posted in this forum thread.

When you post your screenshot, please also mention your in-game name.

Update 0.0.8.1 Extension:

Mount System Changes
The mount system has been totally reworked, therefore make sure you contact an admin in order to receive a DC refund for your already purchased (old) mounts. The changes to the mount system are the following:
• Mounts Time is now displayed correctly.
• The bonus values offered are displayed directly on the information window.
• The pet will follow you throughout the game, as long as it is equipped.
• Mount slot changed, it is now present in the costume window and no longer takes up one of your main slots.
• Only the White Lion mount is available in the Item Mall, the riding level prerequisite has been changed from level 20 to any level.


Hexagonal Treasure Box Event
From now on, every Saturday (all day) we will activate the Hexagonal Treasure Box Event where you can drop special boxes from any monsters that contain upgrade items.

More Blessing Scrolls Early On
• You can now drop Blessing Scroll at any Cursed animals (i.e., in Guild Land). That should give you an opportunity to farm both level 30 weapons and scrolls at the same time, which makes it easier for you to upgrade them to +9.
• Cung-Mok, Mu-Rang, Jug-Hyul, Young-Ji, Li-An (Map1 green animals) now have a low chance to drop Blessing Scroll when killed.
• Lykos, Scrofa, Bera, Tigris now have a decent chance to drop Blessing Scroll when killed.
• Mahon, Bo, Goo-Pae, Chuong now have a low chance to drop Blessing Scroll when killed.
• Bestial Soldier, Bestial Maniac, Bestial Archer, Bestial Specialist now have a low chance to drop Blessing Scroll when killed.
• Bestial Captain now has a high chance to drop a Blessing Scroll when killed.
• Vote4Coins Blessing Scroll (B) price reduced from 15 VC to 8 VC.
• Item Mall Blessing Scroll price reduced from 20 DC to 12 DC.
• New Item Mall Offer: 4x Blessing Scroll for 38 DC. That means you save up to 10 DC by buying this bundle.

New Item Shop Items/Offers

New Items at the General Store (Karen) and Fishermen
• Karen now sells Emotion Mask (15 days) for 2.500.000 Yang.
• She also sells 10x Green Potion (S) for 200.000 Yang and 10x Purple Potion (S) for 100.000 Yang.
• All Fishermen around the map now sell Fishbone for 1.000.000 Yang each.

PvM Balance Changes
• Beran-Setaou Drops: All drops have been increased to 75%.
• Increased Bravery Capes Drop: Minimum droppable number is now 15 instead of 5. 5-40 Metin Stone now drop 15x Bravery Cape instead of only 5. Level 45-70 Metin Stones now drop 20x Bravery Cape instead of 10x. Level 75-90 Metin Stones now drop 25x Bravery Cape instead of 10.

Items Balance Changes
• Grudge Sword: Attack Value increased by 20-40 (it scales to +9). That means Grudge Sword+9 now grants 266-314 Attack Value instead of 226-274.
• Golden Earrings: INT decreased from 18 to 14 at +9. Magic Attack Value increased from 30 to 60 at +9.
• Stone of Defense: Defense increased from 15 to 50 at +4. It now also scales better with each +.
• Stone of Vita: Max. HP increased from 300 to 850 at +4. It now also scales better with each +.
• Stone of Magic: It now grants Magic Resist instead of Max. SP (15% Magic Resist at +4).

Beginner’s Chest Changes
• Level 1 Chest: It now grants 20x Bravery Cape (B) instead of 10. It now grants 10x Green and Purple Potion (S) instead of 5. It now grants 20x Blue Potion (S) instead of 10.
• Level 20 Chest: It now only grants 1x Green Magic and 1x Green Strength instead of 3x each.
• Level 30 Chest: It now also grants 2x Green Magic and 2x Green Strength. It no longer grants Blessing Scroll (B).
• Level 40 Chest: It now also grants 2x Blessing Scroll (B).
• Level 50 Chest: It now also grants 5x Blessing Scroll (B).

Miscellaneous
• New Login Background (Classic).
• Removed certain words from the prohibited language system that would prevent players from saying ”clam”, ”passage” etc.
• Guild Window buttons issues fixed in the German language.
• Added description for the Goddess’ Doll.

• Blue Dragon Bow: Unique Base Bonus changed from Chance for Double-EXP to Critical Strike Chance (30% Critical Strike Chance at +9). Attack Speed increased from 15% to 30%.
• Ecstasy Fan: Spell Speed increased at every+, from 25% to 50% at +9.
• Thunder Bird Bell: Level changed from 65 to 70. Attack Value and Magic Attack Value increased by 10 at all levels. Attack Speed increased from 15% to 27%. Unique Base Bonus: 50 STR.
• Bamboo Bell: Attack Value and Magic Attack Value increased by 40 at every +.
• Heavenly Bird Fan: Level changed from 65 to 75. It now grants Average Damage and Skill Average Damage as non-base bonus. Attack Value and Magic Attack Value increased by 40 at every +.
• Soul Stealing Blade: Strong against Half-Humans increased at every +, from 15% to 25% at +9.
• Stone of Vitality: Max. HP increased at every +, up to a maximum of 1200 Max. HP at +4.

Bug Fixes
• Goddess’ Doll now blocks your experience instead of removing it every 3 seconds. It also remains active after a teleport or logout.
