Search in char.cpp SetPoint(POINT_MOV_SPEED, m_pkMobData->m_table.sMovingSpeed); and change in SetPoint(POINT_MOV_SPEED, m_pkMobData->m_table.sMovingSpeed + 300);
300 is '+ how you want mob speed.'
