There was three Setaou Commander (same name), one of them didn't had any drop, has been fixed.

When the character dies while you are riding a horse you will not unmount it anymore.

All the Noble Scarfs (of 10%) can now be sold in personal shops & tradable.
The drop chance of Flame of the Dragon has been increased by 3% everywhere.
If you leave or you get kicked out of the guild you will now can join another one after 1 day.
If you leave or you get kicked out of the guild you will now can create a guild after 1 day.
The General Yonghan & General Huashin power has been decreased.
The Empty Bottle was removed from the General Store Saleswoman because was not useful for nothing anymore.
The wait time of logging out and changing CH will now be always of 3 seconds in-case you was in a fight position (attacking).
If you open a shop, safebox & similar stuff (that involve a UI) while you're logging out or exiting the game the event will be cancelled (same like it is on CH change).
You can now move the character bonuses window page too.

Informations:
In order to apply the new hotkeys, open the Game Settings -> Keyboard -> set them or set as Standard. It is required just for who already have the gameclient extracted.
Everyone guild disband & withdraw times has been reseted.
The Yang & Won from old offline shop was added to you're character.
You will find the non sold items from old offline shop in you're mall storage.
